![]() I was in shock that he even asked the question, but, as mentioned, I had not slept at all and couldn't even comprehend what was going on. He met me with a defiant: "Why did you take the other shuttle? We told you on the phone it was the WHITE bus, is that other one white?". There, this individual "welcomed" me with a super bitchy attitude, while my family took our luggage off the other shuttle, the wrong one. Anyway, as I said, we got on the wrong shuttle and, when the driver realized, he did a loop around the airport and dropped us back to the shuttle stop. I had not slept for more than 30 minutes the entire time. To say that I was exhausted is an understatement. We had been traveling for over 24 hours from Japan, after living overseas on military orders for 3 years. Evidently, these are 2 different hotels which share part of their name. In all honesty, I hadn't even noticed the difference between the 2 hotels until that very moment. It all started when we made the honest error of hopping on the wrong airport shuttle, the one from the Comfort Inns instead of the Comfort SUITES. This review is targeted to the service we received from the individual driving the shuttle from the airport: dude, people make honest mistakes, no reason to be nasty to your guests. The ONLY reason why I'm giving it more than 2 stars is Amy, the front desk service provider. Honestly, for all the positive reviews I read about this hotel, I was expecting better service.
